All applicants must be able, willing and qualified to perform the work described in the job order and must be available for the entire period of employment specified in Box A.3 and A.4. Workers will perform a combination of\ tasks involved in planting, cultivating and harvesting of diversified crops, according to the instructions of the supervisor. Workers must have knowledge and ability to operate and repair farm machinery. Workers will plant in\ greenhouses, as well as plant and transplant crops in fields. Workers will operate trucks or other multi-purpose vehicles to transport workers from housing (whether on or off farm) to the farm properties; haul tools, supplies, or\ crops; transport workers from place to place around the farm properties during the workday (including on public roads to reach farmer\'s fields); and/or transport workers to the grocery store, bank, or laundry facilities on an asneeded basis. Those that are requested to drive will be required to possess a valid drivers license; no worker will be rejected for not having a driver\'s license. Driving will not be a primary job duty; Workers who do drive will\ still perform the same field work and job duties listed, along with non-driving workers. Workers will perform field work of hand weeding, thinning and hoeing, as well as other duties related to planting, maintaining and\ harvesting of crops. Workers will maintain the grounds on the farm to comply with good agricultural practices. Workers may be involved in setting up vegetables for market including washing and packing of fresh fruits and\ vegetables. Workers may provide aid in organizing traffic flow for events on the farm. Workers are required to stand bend and kneel for long periods of time in all weather. Workers must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds\ independently and up to 100 pounds with assistance. Workers must be willing to work in varied weather ranging from extremely cold in the spring/fall as well as hot, humid rainy weather in the summer. Employer will furnish\ all tools and equipment required at no cost to workers. Workers may require to work 7 hours shift between the hours of 7:00am - 7:00pm from Monday through Saturday. Workers should be available to work on Sunday.\ Workers get a 30-minute Lunch break which is staggered between 11am - 1pm as decided by the workers. The workers will return to work after their 30 minutes are up. Beginning and ending times will vary depending on the\ conditions in the orchard, customer orders and other needs. 1. The employer provided or secured housing is within 100 yards from the main worksite (277 Lavigne Road, Colchester VT 05446)\ and the workers will walk to that main worksite (277 Lavigne Road, Colchester VT 05446) daily when they are on the job.\ 2. The employer will reimburse the H-2A worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related\ fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2A worker. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract\ period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon\ completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay

for worker\'s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence b ck home or to the place the worker originally departed to\ work, except where the workers will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation\ payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distance involved. At the port\ of entry, the workers will be provided at no cost ground transportation by common carrier to place of employment. And such\ transportation will be provided to the worker on their return trip to their country of origin. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of\ \$16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of \$68.00 per day with receipts
