Position Summary :
Responsible for maintaining, servicing and operating all facility equipment and fixtures. Assist in maintaining the overall working condition and appearance of building and grounds of facility. Also, additional duties as assign.

Vendor & Project Coordination
Inventory & Supplies Management
Provide Communication & Team Support
Educational requirements:
High School diploma or GED
Experience Requirements :
Strong organizational skills
Strong Office and Computer skills preferred
Managing maintenance orders and requests
Regular interaction with residents, families, contractors, and staff
Pay Ranges:
$18.50 - $24.66
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
