About Dockside Restaurant:
Dockside offers guests a relaxed and scenic dining experience with a focus on quality and freshness. We are looking for a skilled Line Cook to prepare food quickly and accurately while maintaining our high standards.
The Role:
As a Line Cook, you will work in a fast-paced kitchen supporting daily food preparation and cooking. Your role is vital to ensuring every dish meets our quality and presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications
Ensure proper portioning and presentation of dishes
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
Assist with receiving and storing deliveries as needed
What We're Looking For:
Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and quality
Team player with a positive attitude
Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
