About Beverly's:
Beverly's is the Coeur d'Alene Resort's upscale dining destination known for its refined menu and outstanding service. We are seeking a skilled Lead Line Cook to guide the kitchen team and ensure culinary excellence.
The Role:
As Lead Line Cook, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, prepare high-quality dishes, and support your team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations
Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and presentation standards
Ensure food quality, portion control, and consistency
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation
Train and mentor junior cooks and support staff
Collaborate with management on menu planning and inventory control
Follow all health and safety regulations
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a line cook with leadership responsibilities
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards
Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to high-quality food and guest satisfaction
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Physical Requirements:
- Able to stand for extended periods, push/pull up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks
