What You\'ll Do:
- Maintain County buildings in a clean, orderly, and professional condition.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, wax, and buff floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, windows, and common areas.
- Handle heavy-duty cleaning like carpet shampooing and wall washing.
- Safely mix and use cleaning solutions and chemicals.
- Perform light maintenance such as changing light bulbs.
- Assign tasks and provide day-to-day directions to staff.
- Assist with hiring and training new team members.
- Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Help schedule shifts and maintain team coverage.
- Order, track, and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate special projects like deep cleans and seasonal tasks.
- Communicate regularly with team members and management.
- Work a swing shift that overlaps with both day and night crews.

What Were Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 6 months of custodial or related experience (lead experience is a plus)
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team when needed.
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs with or without assistance.
- A valid drivers license.
