About the Convention Center:

The Convention Center at Coeur d'Alene Resort hosts a variety of events from conferences to weddings. We are seeking a reliable Banquet Cook to prepare large quantities of food with attention to quality and presentation.

The Role:

As a Banquet Cook, you will prepare and cook food according to banquet menus and event requirements. Your work ensures guests enjoy fresh and tasty meals during their special occasions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook banquet menu items following recipes and portion guidelines

  • Ensure timely and efficient food production for events

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas

  • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

  • Assist with setup and breakdown of banquet service areas

  • Collaborate with kitchen and event staff to meet event needs

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in banquet or large-scale food preparation preferred

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Strong attention to detail and quality

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends

  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
