Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Job Opening Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
· A degree from an accredited school of Nursing
· An active, current LPN license in WY or compact state
· 2+ years’ full-time LPN experience in a Skilled Nursing facility
· BLS through American Heart Association or equivalent
