Cassie's Steakhouse & Saloon Line Cook in Cody, Wyoming

Cook and prepare all menu and special items consistently according to recipe and presentation standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked station throughout service. Communicate clearly with other cooks and expo to keep ticket flow smooth. Monitor food levels during service and communicate when items are running low. Add any low or 86'd items to the prep list for the AM crew so they can be restocked the following day. Work with the team to maintain speed and accuracy during busy services. Follow all food safety and sanitation standards 

 

Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred! Ability to cook consistently and follow recipes, ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a commitment to cleanliness and kitchen safety!
