Job Duties
• Set up and operate production equipment including mixers, dividers, molders, proofers, ovens, slicers, and packaging machinery
• Follow written work instructions and production specifications to correctly calculate, prepare, and load materials based on the product being produced
• Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout the production process and make operator-level adjustments as needed
• Perform routine, operator-level preventive maintenance such as cleaning, inspections, lubrication, and basic adjustments
• Troubleshoot common operating issues such as jams, misfeeds, alarms, or minor quality defects, escalating more complex issues to maintenance
• Accurately complete production and quality documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work area in compliance with safety and sanitation standards
• Work collaboratively with production, quality, and maintenance teams to meet daily production goals
