ManpowerGroup Packaging Operator in Cockeysville, Maryland
Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare manufacturing industry, is seeking a Packaging Operator to join their team. As a Packaging Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, ensuring the quality and safety of clinical and commercial products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Packaging Operator
Location: Cockeysville, MD
Pay Range: $17.75
Shift: Evenings (14:00-22:30)
What's the Job?
Perform manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of products to meet quality standards.
Ensure finished products are packaged according to procedures and specifications.
Inspect in-process packaging and components, removing defective items.
Maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing activities, including device history records and inventory counts.
Assist with inventory counting and participate in safety audits and daily safety discussions.
What's Needed?
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 1 year of industry work experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a team environment.
Good documentation practices and familiarity with basic computer software.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and rotating shifts.
