ManpowerGroup Packaging Operator in Cockeysville, Maryland
Our client, a leader in the healthcare manufacturing industry, is seeking a Packaging Operator to join their team. As a Packaging Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, ensuring the quality and safety of clinical and commercial products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and a proactive approach to safety and quality standards, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Packaging Operator
Location: Cockeysville, MD
Pay Range: $17.85 per hour
Shift: Night Shift 10:00 pm to 6:30 am, Monday - Friday.
What's the Job?
Perform manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of clinical and commercial products to meet quality standards.
Ensure finished products are packaged in accordance with established procedures and quality specifications.
Inspect in-process packaging and components, removing defective items to maintain product integrity.
Maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing activities, including device history records and inventory counts.
Participate in safety audits, engage in daily safety discussions, and perform routine cleaning of equipment and workstations.
What's Needed?
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
At least 1 year of industry work experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Good documentation practices and familiarity with basic computer software.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and rotating shifts.
