ManpowerGroup Packaging Operator in Cockeysville, Maryland
Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Packaging Operator to join their team. As a Packaging Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the packaging and assembly processes. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Packaging Operator
Location: Cockeysville, MD
Pay Range: $17.85
Shift: Night shift (10:00 PM -06:30 am)
What's the Job?
Perform routine production functions including filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting products.
Maintain accurate records and logs in compliance with FDA, GMPs, and ISO9000 standards.
Work effectively within a team environment, supporting team goals and objectives.
Follow standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure quality and safety.
Make effective decisions related to your responsibilities under supervision.
What's Needed?
High school diploma or equivalent.
One to two years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Ability to read, write, interpret specifications, and perform basic math calculations.
Effective communication skills for clear interaction with team members and supervisors.
Flexibility to work extended hours and rotate into different tasks as needed.
