ManpowerGroup Packaging Machine Operator in Cockeysville, Maryland
Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Packaging Machine Operator to join their team. As a Packaging Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the packaging and assembly processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Packaging Machine Operator
Location: Cockeysville, MD
Pay Range: $18.55
Shift: Night Shift (3rd shift, 40 hours)
What's the Job?
Perform routine production functions including filling, utility operations, packing, and assembling
Label and inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain accurate records and logs in compliance with FDA, GMPs, and ISO9000 standards
Support team goals by working collaboratively with colleagues
Follow standard operating procedures and work under direct supervision
What's Needed?
High school diploma or equivalent
One to two years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read, write, and interpret specifications in English
Effective communication skills for team collaboration
Flexibility to work extended hours and rotate tasks as needed
