Emerson Production Supervisor in COAHUILA, Mexico
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Define and ensure execution of the master production plan
Manage key performance indicators (KPIs): OEE, productivity, scrap, labor efficiency
Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements
Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction strategies
Optimize utilization of labor, equipment, and materials
Coordinate cross-functionally with quality, maintenance, engineering, and supply chain
Lead root cause analysis and resolution of critical production issues
Promote a strong culture of safety, operational discipline, and manufacturing excellence.
Strategic thinker, capable of analyzing problems and performing root cause analysis to ensure proper follow-up.
Support and responsibility for the Quality Management System within the operation.
Experience working under ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Ability to effectively coordinate personnel and develop high-performing teams, with strong delegation and resource management skills.
Conflict resolution and decision-making skills.
Adaptability to change.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to supervise multiple production lines or machines.
For This Role, You Will Need:
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
5 years of experience in similar positions, metalworking and mechanical processes, and the startup and transfer of assembly lines and/or CNC equipment.
Intermediate–Advanced English
