Keltia Design Quality Inspector in Clyde Hill, Washington
Our client in the North Renton area is looking for a Quality Inspector to inspect parts and assist QA lead as needed. These are 2nd shift and weekend positions.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Perform dimensional inspection of machined components, sheet metal parts, and small assemblies
- Proficient operating and calibrating CMM machines.
- Help perform internal audits of our quality procedures
- Help maintain quality and calibration records
- Must be familiar with all common precision inspection equipment (calipers, height gauge, micrometers, pin gauges, thread gauges, optical comparator...)
- Must be competent in reading and interpreting aerospace/ engineered drawings, GD&T.
- Reviewing FAIRs for accuracy
- Familiar with material and process certs. Maintain traceability records.
