Your role and responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Design AI Solutions: Architect and deliver AI solutions using cutting-edge technologies, with a strong focus on foundation models and large language models, and experience in tools like Github Copilot and Amazon Code Whisperer.

• Develop Cognitive Solutions: Create comprehensive cognitive solutions that effectively process and analyze both structured and unstructured data, utilizing advanced analytics techniques and a deep understanding of NLP and ML methods.

• Lead AI Project Lifecycle: Manage the full AI project lifecycle, from research and prototyping to deployment in production environments, ensuring successful solution delivery.

• Collaborate on AI Projects: Work with various stakeholders to solve complex business problems and leverage the power of artificial intelligence for cognitive computing, applying strong programming skills and proficiency in Python and AI frameworks.

• Optimize AI Solutions: Utilize expertise in one of the following areas - NLP, Image Processing, Video Processing, Voice Processing, or Watson technologies - to optimize AI solutions and drive business value.

Core skils:

• The candidate must be fully hands‑on, actively contributing to coding, design, and implementation of AI solutions.

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end generative AI based agentic solutions

• Working with LLMs, candidate will have strong experience in embeddings, RAG and AI orchestration frameworks.

• Candidate should be able to design and develop solutions that bridge LLMs and the real-world data sources (MCB, A2A and possibly ACP and ANP), tools, APIs, vector databases, and multi‑step workflows.

• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence enterprise platform teams

• Strong problem solver with a practical and strategic mindset.

• Collaborative mindset with an ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.

Required technical and professional expertise

• 5+ years building AI systems with AWS experience

• Experience in AI solutions for operations in the oil and gas industry

• Extensive experience in designing and implementing AI solutions based on containers microservices and event‑driven architectures

• Understanding and experience implementing AWS Well‑Architected Framework

• AWS certifications highly valued.

• Work effectively with various customer enterprise teams (security, AI governance, data platforms etc) to obtain required approvals and sign‑off on solution designs

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Foundation in Specialized Areas: Experience with one of the following areas: NLP, Image Processing, Video Processing, Voice Processing, or Watson technologies, enabling optimization of AI solutions and driving business value.

• Proficiency in Modern UI Frameworks: Familiarity with modern UI frameworks such as Backbone.js, AngularJS, React.js, Ember.js, Bootstrap, and JQuery, allowing for seamless integration with AI solutions.

• Operating System Knowledge: Experience working with various operating systems, including Linux, Windows, iOS, and Android, facilitating smooth deployment of AI solutions across different environments.
