IBM Learning Facilitator - Faculty Shared Service, L&K in Cluj, Romania
Introduction
The successful candidate should be an experienced Consulting practitioner with several years of consulting experience and at least two recent years with Consulting. Strong communications, coaching, and mentoring skills are essential. The role also requires excellent fluency in spoken and written English, excellent facilitation capabilities, with preferred experience in business, stakeholder management, project management; some background in experiential learning is preferred. Previous IBM experience is preferred.
Your role and responsibilities
This position is as a faculty member of the Global Learning & Knowledge Faculty Shared Services (FSS) team and is responsible for delivering various IBM Consulting Partner & Professional Development (PPD) education programs to IBM Consulting professionals worldwide.

The candidate should demonstrate a deep understanding of IBM and IBM Consulting strategy, building client relationships, and project experience. The preferred candidate will also have the ability to relate to the appropriate target audience through their relevant leadership and client engagement experience.
