IBM Learning Facilitator - Faculty Shared Service, L&K in Cluj, Romania

Introduction

The successful candidate should be an experienced Consulting practitioner with several years of consulting experience and at least two recent years with Consulting. Strong communications, coaching, and mentoring skills are essential. The role also requires excellent fluency in spoken and written English, excellent facilitation capabilities, with preferred experience in business, stakeholder management, project management; some background in experiential learning is preferred. Previous IBM experience is preferred.

Your role and responsibilities

This position is as a faculty member of the Global Learning & Knowledge Faculty Shared Services (FSS) team and is responsible for delivering various IBM Consulting Partner & Professional Development (PPD) education programs to IBM Consulting professionals worldwide.

Required technical and professional expertise

Skills Requirements

The candidate should demonstrate a deep understanding of IBM and IBM Consulting strategy, building client relationships, and project experience. The preferred candidate will also have the ability to relate to the appropriate target audience through their relevant leadership and client engagement experience.

  • Optional: Project Management Institute (PMI) - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

  • Demonstrates skill and passion for coaching and facilitating groups

  • Possesses excellent listening, presentation, and communication skills

  • Works effectively in a team in a time-pressured environment

  • Comfortable working in a mostly remote work environment with virtual teams across various time zones

  • Ability to illicit participant contributions, facilitate group discussion and draw out key learning points

  • Willingness to communicate own experiences and lessons learned in a risk-free environment

  • Ability to utilize pre-developed course material and able to provide constructive feedback on the course content
