We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Lead to drive strategic and operational marketing initiatives across the Cold Chain refrigeration business in Europe . This is a highly cross-functional, regional role acting as the key liaison between business leadership and enterprise marketing teams.
You will shape marketing strategy, define KPIs, and ensure execution excellence across campaigns, product launches, and events—while enabling sales and strengthening market positioning.
This job is based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania . We provide a flexible working schedule with the option of working hybrid .
Key responsibilities of the role:
Act as the primary marketing business partner for the Cold Chain refrigeration segment across Europe
Align with sales, product management, market leaders, and global enterprise marketing teams (including US stakeholders)
Define annual marketing strategy, budget allocation, and KPIs in collaboration with key stakeholders
Lead and guide the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and programs targeting OEMs, engineers, contractors, and end users
Drive product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across brands and portfolios
Coordinate closely with events, campaigns, branding, and digital teams, including dedicated EU resources
Enable the sales organization with tools, content, and materials to support product adoption and growth
Support aftermarket and down-channel initiatives, including influencer and paid social strategies
Track, analyze, and communicate marketing performance and program effectiveness to senior stakeholders
Operate effectively in a matrix organization, building strong cross-functional relationships
Support the ongoing development of marketing capabilities and team structure in the region
Travel across Europe for events, customer engagement, and internal alignment (approx. 6+ times per year)
Required skills and qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
5–7 years’ experience in brand or marketing management (B2B preferred)
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines
Proven ability to manage stakeholders across functions and seniority levels
Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
Highly autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented
Strong organizational and reporting skills, with experience defining and tracking KPIs
Ability to build networks and collaborate effectively in a matrix environment
Preferred skills and qualifications:
Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Management
Experience in HVACR or technical/industrial sectors
Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies (owned, earned, paid channels)
Experience working with marketing or digital agencies
Knowledge of marketing automation and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
Exposure to product marketing, channel marketing, or refrigeration systems
