The Field Service Engineer reports to the Field Service Team Leader Romania and will be part of a team of Service Engineers distributed in Romania. Is responsible for building long-term relationship with the customers and support our clients in case of technical problems related to the equipment and providing remote support.
The Field Service Engineer is responsible for servicing (installation, calibration, preventive maintenance) our installed-based and new equipment within Romania and Bulgaria.
The position is remote/field-based, ideally candi date from Transylvania Area: Cluj Napoca, Sibiu & Alba Iulia.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
Carrying out commissioning, maintenance, repair of measuring equipment daily on customer site
Promoting the sale of service in the designated region in cooperation with colleagues from sales and administration department
Technical support for sales team
Training and technical consulting
Compliance with health and safety regulations in accordance with company policy
The essential requirements of the job include:
University graduate in engineering – i.e. automation/electronics or similar.
Valid driving license cat. B and willingness to drive across Romania to visit customers, with some occasional overnight stays.
Fluent Romanian, advanced English level.
