Adecco Creative has partnered with a nutrition company to hire an IT Systems Administrator.
Assignment Length: Temp-to-Perm
Onsite: Clovis, NM
Pay: $27-$32/hr
Job Description
The Systems Administrator will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of various technologies managed by the Information Technology department. This person will focus on the administration of desktop PC’s, servers, network equipment, and software applications. The Systems Administrator will assess and identify appropriate solutions to be integrated into operation and make recommendations for implementation.
Duties
Develop and implement annual brand plans
Monitor brand and marketing performance with syndicated data, marketing mix, and media tools and adjust plans as needed
Develop market and competitive analysis leveraging syndicated and propriety data to support the director in the development of long-term strategy
Analyze market trends and recommend changes/optimization to marketing strategies based on analysis and feedback
Responsible for managing and reporting of brand budget
Maximize profitability of assigned product groups
Monitor timelines and key milestones to ensure efficient, on-time delivery
Brief & manage internal process to create and develop media plans and creative deliverables
Coordinate cross-functional teams: Integrated Marketing, Creative, Insights & Analytics, Sales
Ability to adjust to changing priorities, deal with ambiguity and work with a variety of stakeholders
Ability to influence internal stakeholders
Ensures Legal approval of all documents, contracts and materials that touch external stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, IS, CS, or related field or equivalent hands‑on experience
Experience supporting end users in a mixed environment with on‑site and remote work.
Clear verbal/written communication with technical and non‑technical audiences.
Strong troubleshooting methodology; ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
Time management: juggle multiple priorities, meet SLAs, and support after‑hours rotation.
Team orientation and knowledge sharing.
Pay Details: $27.00 to $32.00 per year
