CaroMont Health is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our growing Primary Care Team. This position will rotate between our Pediatric-Lake Wylie clinic and Family Medicine-Float Pool clinics.

* What We’re Looking For *

• Experience in Pediatrics

• Split time between CPP-Lake Wylie clinic & CFM-Float Pool clinics

• Supportive, team-based practice environment

  * Position Highlights *

• In-house X-ray capability and onsite laboratory

• No call required

• Some evening hours may be expected

  * Key Responsibilities *

• Order, interpret, and manage diagnostic tests including labs and imaging

• Provide education on treatment plans and follow-up care

• Document all encounters accurately and timely in EPIC

  * Requirements *

• Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited NP or PA program

• Board Certified FNP or PA-C

• Active NC License & DEA and SC License & DEA

• BLS/ACLS certification
