Workers referred as a result of this order must have a minimum of three months of verifiable experience in performing the tasks described in his order.

Operate trucks or other multi-purpose vehicles to transport workers from housing (whether on or off farm) to the farm properties; haul tools, supplies, or crops; transport workers from place to place around the farm properties during the workday (including on public roads to reach farmers fields and/or transport workers to the grocery store, or bank on an as-needed basis. Load agricultural products into trucks, and drive trucks to market or storage facilities. Drivers will be required to possess a valid operators license. Manually prune, plant, cultivate, & harvest apples & Christmas trees. Use hand tools, such as shovels, trowels, hoes, tampers, pruning hooks, shears, & knives. Christmas trees are trimmed from the ground and a pole trimmer is used for taller trees. Duties include but are not limited to mowing, weed whacking, tilling soil & applying fertilizers; transplanting, picking, weeding, thinning, trimming, and/or pruning crops. Construct trellises, repair fences & farm buildings and participate in irrigation activities.. Set up & operate irrigation equipment.
