Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team on the night shift. As a Multi-craft Electro-mechanical Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This position is based in Clinton, TN, and involves working on a 2,2,3 schedule.
Responsibilities
Work independently on small jobs during training.
Actively build knowledge of equipment.
Demonstrate strong common sense in all duties.
Potentially perform toilet operator duties on a rotational or situational basis.
Mechanical trainees may advance toward becoming full mechanics.
Successfully pass the interview process.
Essential Skills
Industrial troubleshooting.
Electro-Mechanical Maintenance
Mechanical and electrical skills.
Hydraulics and pneumatics knowledge.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with troubleshooting on rollers and extrusion machines.
Ability to run manual mill and lathe is a plus.

Work Environment

This role is ideal for individuals with experience in farming or those accustomed to hands-on work in challenging conditions alongside a Multi-Craft Maintenance.
Payscale:
• Starting: $25.50
• 6 months – $27.88
- 1 year- $31.44 topout
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clinton, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.50 - $30.52/hr.
