Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Clifton Park, New York. In this Contract to permanent role, you will play an essential part in ensuring a positive customer experience by providing prompt and detail-oriented support to our clients. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our community while delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, addressing concerns, processing orders, and managing service changes.
• Accept and process customer payments while investigating and resolving billing inquiries.
• Update and maintain customer account information to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to identify service needs, resolve complaints, and implement effective solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer support, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Handle high-volume customer interactions with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to manage communications and track customer data.
• Actively contribute to improving customer satisfaction and service quality. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-volume customer service roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with order entry and call center operations.
