(3) JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Title: Walk-in Freezer/Cooler Installation Specialist Duties: • Due to the differences between the electrical circuitry systems in North America and those used in the foreign-manufactured walk-in freezer units, the installation specialist will bring essential expertise and specialized skills to train the U.S. crew. • This training will ensure proper installation, integration, and alignment of the foreign systems with existing U.S. infrastructure. • Also, oversee and execute the installation of walk-in freezers and coolers at the company’s U.S. facility. • Ensure that all units manufactured in Turkey are compatible with U.S. electrical circuitry, assembly methods, trade practices, and standards, and are configured for optimal cooling performance within the North American electrical grid. • Train U.S.-based personnel on the components and installation procedures specific to the foreign-manufactured refrigeration units. • Provide instruction to after-service operations staff on maintenance protocols, troubleshooting techniques, and repair procedures. • Deliver practical, hands-on training to employees regarding proper usage, routine maintenance, and issue resolution for the newly installed refrigeration systems. • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to promote safe and efficient use of walk-in freezers and coolers. • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of cooling units into the existing facility infrastructure and workflow. • Conduct detailed quality control inspections to ensure adherence to industry standards, energy efficiency regulations, and internal company policies. • Diagnose and resolve technical issues encountered during installation, and implement corrective actions to guarantee full functionality of the systems. • Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, refrigerant handling protocols, and industry best practices for refrigeration system installation and operation.• Special Requirements: Demonstrated experience in industrial machinery installation, system integration, and team training. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Experience in training employees on equipment operation and maintenance procedures. • Experience: minimum 12 months • Minimum Education: High School • Anticipated Days and Hours of Work per week: Monday to Friday (included) between 11am to 8pm with breaks. • This position does not require the candidates to work overtime. In case of overtime, the candidates will be compensated based on one-and one-half of regular rate of pay in accordance with the Federal, State and local wage regulations. • Anticipated Start Date: April 01, 2026 • Anticipated End Date: January 31, 2027(4) GEOGRAPHIC AREA OF EMPLOYMENT Work Location: 587 Getty Ave, Clifton, NJ 07011 WAGE PAY RATE: • Wage: $40.00 hourly • Employer will make all deductions from the worker’s paycheck required by law. • Daily subsistence will be at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. (5) OVERTIME RATE: This position does not require the candidates to work overtime. In case of overtime, the candidates will be compensated based on one-and one-half of regular rate of pay.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: (8) A single workweek will be used as its standard for computing wages due. (9) The candidate’s salary will be calculated by the hour and paid on bi-weekly (every two weeks) basis. (11) The employer will make all deductions from the worker’s paycheck required by federal and state laws. No other deductions will be made. (12) The employer will reimburse the worker as soon as the expense is incurred to travel to the employer’s place of work, which the worker has come to work, via wire transfer to the worker’s stated bank account. (13) The Employer will pay the worker’s cost of return transportation and daily subsistence from the place of employment to the place employee departed to work for the employer if the worker completes the certified period of employment or is dismissed from employment for any reason by the employer before the end of the period. (14) No daily transportation will be provided to and from the workplace. No travel required. However, if travel is required for business purposes, daily subsistence will be at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. (15) The Employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, flight and other transportation and subsistence from the place which the worker has to come to the workspace and related fees, including those mandated by the government and incurred by the H-2B worker. (16) The employer will provide to the worker, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned in accordance with 20 CFR 655. 20(k) (16.a) Room and boarding will not be provided by the Employer.TRAVEL • No Travel is required but if needed.
