Develop and implement visually compelling displays that reflect Moda Natty’s brand aesthetic and appeal to our female fashion-forward clientele; Create floor plans and layout schemes:arranging fixtures, clothing racks, mannequins, props, and accessories according to prepared sketches or creative briefs; Manage both window displays and interior visual zones—rotatingand refreshing them to match new arrivals, seasonal collections, clearance events, or special promotions; Apply and maintain accurate pricing, signage, descriptive labels, and productinformation on fixtures, display backdrops, shelves, and floors to ensure consistent communication across the store; Collaborate closely with store management, buyers, sales team,housekeeping/operations staff, and maintenance team to identify the best product placement and visual flow that supports sales goals and brand presentation; Stay attuned to currentfashion trends, fabric palettes, seasonal colours, styling techniques, and visual merchandising best practices—bringing fresh creative ideas that align with Moda Natty’s brand promise;Oversee the inventory of display materials, signage, mannequins, props and decorative elements—ensuring they are well-maintained, stored, replaced or refreshed as needed; Assist withthe setup of special events, in-store promotions, pop-ups or photo-shoot style merchandising—ensuring coherence between visual display and marketing messaging; Ensure that all visualmerchandising standards, brand guidelines and health & safety requirements are consistently met in the store environment; Provide guidance to sales associates on visual standards,styling of mannequins or display refresh procedures to ensure consistency across all store teams.
