Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team near Clifton, New Jersey. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate records and supporting the purchasing department with essential data entry tasks. This position requires a high level of accuracy and the ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
• Input and update data into company systems with a high degree of accuracy.
• Verify and cross-check information to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with the purchasing department to manage and track essential records.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining documentation for easy access.
• Support the HR department with occasional administrative tasks as needed.
• Follow established procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Prioritize and meet deadlines for data entry tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Requirements • Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
• Familiarity with working in a purchasing or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Proficiency in using data entry software and basic computer applications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
