Location: Clifton, NJ | Schedule: 8am to 5pm | Payrate: $ 20.11/hour

About the Role

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading HVAC manufacturing company to hire a Call Center Representative who thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers—delivering exceptional service, solving problems, and helping drive business growth. Your ability to connect, communicate, and resolve issues will directly impact customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

What You’ll Do

Every day brings something new. You’ll balance efficiency with empathy while managing a high volume of customer interactions. Responsibilities include:

  • Answering a large volume of incoming customer service calls

  • Identifying customer needs and providing accurate, timely solutions

  • Generating sales leads through meaningful customer interactions

  • Scheduling service requests and coordinating basic logistics

  • Building strong customer relationships through professional, clear communication

  • Handling complaints with confidence—offering solutions and following up to resolution

  • Meeting individual and team performance goals, including call metrics and sales targets

  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and account updates

  • Following established procedures, tools, and communication guidelines

  • Going the extra mile to create a positive, lasting customer experience

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Strong customer service skills and a professional communication style

  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced, and sometimes unpredictable environment

  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM

  • Previous call center or customer service experience (HVAC or technical industry a plus, but not required)

  • Experience handling customer concerns and resolving issues efficiently

  • Comfort with multitasking and navigating multiple systems simultaneously

Pay Details: $20.11 per hour
