Title Processor will assist attorneys in preparing, reviewing, and finalizing title and real estate closing documents and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing real estate transactions; conduct title searches and examine public property records to identify liens, encumbrances, and ownership history; coordinate with lenders, clients, and real estate professionals to gather required documentation and resolve title-related issues; prepare settlement statements, closing packages, and other supporting legal documents; maintain organized case files and track deadlines to support the attorney’s workflow; and provide administrative and paralegal assistance to ensure accurate and timely completion of title and closing matters.
