As a Security Officer - Unarmed Perimeter Rounds in Cleveland, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will respond to calls for service, document observations, and communicate clearly with tenants, visitors, and your Allied Universal team. What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site management and/or emergency services as needed.
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.
Monitor access points and observe for unusual conditions such as propped doors, unauthorized persons, and/or suspicious behavior, then take appropriate action in line with post orders.
Document patrols, incidents, and service calls in written and/or electronic reports, and communicate notable activity to the Allied Universal supervisor and/or site contacts.
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
