Salary Range: $17.50 To $19.50 Hourly
We’re seeking an experienced Security Lead for our Premier Class "A" high-rise building in Downtown Cleveland.
What you are great at: (Day to day responsibilities)

Clearly communicate written reports and give/follow verbal direction, while focusing on delivering excellent customer service.
Observing and reporting incidents and hazards to management/supervision, responding to emergencies and other tasks as assigned.
Monitor Building Life Safety Programs and equipment while protecting company assets.
Oversee additional security team members as needed
What you have already accomplished:
Customer Interaction
Prior military or law enforcement
AED/CPR/First Aid Certification
Great interpersonal skills.
Work Conditions & Physical Demands
Able to work independently or as a team member and support managers with special projects.
Strong collaboration skills – works well across functional areas—excellent relationship-building skills; able to collaborate with various levels of the organization.
