Job Purpose:
Supports sales objectives by preparing and conducting product sales training.
Duties:
Prepares for product training by studying service contracts; collecting competitive market information.
Prepares sales force to sell products by presenting training including product specifications and applications, sales contacts, handling objections, and product installation.
Provides resources by developing manuals and references.
Evaluates training by analyzing sales and installation results.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
