Bilingual HR/Recruiting Assistant - BROOKLYN

What You'll Do
- Daily recruiting tasks: posting jobs, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, coordinating background checks
- Support new-hire onboarding and orientation
- Provide friendly and timely customer service to our client companies
- Serve as a friendly, professional point of contact for employees
- Help complete all documents needed for employment

What You'll Bring
- 1--3 years of solid work experience in a production, key holder or HR assistant role
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Relationship driven
- Ability to type 50 wpm +, Comfort with Microsoft Office and able to pick up HR systems quickly (computer fluent)
- Spanish proficiency
- Professionalism, confidentiality, and a team-first attitude
Pay: $18.00 -- 21.00 per hour | Weekly Pay during Temp-to-Hire
* $ 20.00 -- 23.00 per hour | Biweekly Pay upon direct hire*
