Job Function
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Lead the QC team and manage daily priorities to ensure efficient workflow
Direct, supervise, and support all inspection and testing activities
Review and interpret product specifications to perform accurate and compliant quality checks
Conduct inspections using precision measuring instruments and advanced inspection systems
Perform destructive testing, including OES chemistry analysis, tensile testing, and hardness testing
Oversee calibration and management of Inspection, Measuring, and Test Equipment (IMTE)
Document Nonconforming Material Reports for any nonconforming product
Collaborate closely with production teams to maintain quality and ensure compliance
Record test data, maintain inspection logs, and generate detailed quality reports
