Position Overview:
LGC Hospitality is hiring Prep Cooks / Food Service Workers to support kitchen and dining operations at various hotel and hospitality sites across Cleveland. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and want flexible scheduling options.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation including chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients
- Prepare simple menu items following recipes and kitchen standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and prep areas
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with stocking, receiving, and storing food supplies
- Support cooks, chefs, and kitchen staff as needed
- Provide excellent service in cafeteria or buffet-style settings when required
Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen, prep cook, or food service experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable transportation to various job sites in the Cleveland area
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Food safety knowledge is a plus
