REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available the entire work period of 04/15/2026-11/15/2026. Must agree to work Mon-Fri, 9.5 hours per day, Sat, 6.5 hours. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. Must read, and agree to, all terms and conditions of employment prior to a referral to the employer.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 2 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 50 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive walking, frequent stooping, extensive pushing and pulling.
JOB DUTIES: Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities. Crops/Commodities: shrubs, perennials, trees, vegetables, and fruit (including but not limited to: peppers, tomatoes, onions, squash, cucumber, blueberries, corn, basils, pumpkins, hay, and straw). Primary duties (performed the majority of workdays): This job requires a minimum of 2 months of verifiable agricultural experience working in a nursery handling both manual and mechanized tasks. Workers must be able to perform manual and mechanized tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Plant, cultivate and harvest fruits and vegetables. Plant roots, seeds and bulbs. Spread plastic or other ground-covering. Clean plastic by hand from ground upon removal. Till soil. Weed and thin plants. Transplant plants by hand. Stake/tie plants, trellis/prune plants, and set poles and wires for vine plants. Pick, cut, lift, or pull crops. Tie vegetables in bunches. Grade, size and field pack product. Take care to prevent damaging produce and plants. Perform ditching, shoveling, hoeing, hauling, ground preparation, and other manual tasks. Bending, stooping and kneeling required.
