Description Lakeside 20 is an Age Friendly Unit that participates in ACE (Acute Care of the Elderly) rounds on Tuesdays & Thursdays. Age Friendly health systems focus on how to better the support for the needs of older adults. We see many different patient diagnoses including: liver disease, renal disease, pneumonia, CHF, GI bleed, hemodialysis, COPD, ESRD, asthma, sepsis, falls, placement. Follow this link to learn more!
