Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic
Job Description
Join our team as a Maintenance Mechanic where you will play a crucial role in maintaining and troubleshooting a variety of machine shop equipment. This position offers a flexible first shift schedule from 6 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our mechanical systems.
Responsibilities
Perform mechanical troubleshooting on equipment such as CNCs, presses, lasers, robotic arms, water jets, conveyors, overhead cranes, chippers, and paint booths.
Work from shop instructions and work orders to execute tasks efficiently.
Follow a preventive maintenance schedule using the CMMS system (Epicore).
Rebuild machines and repair hydraulic pumps and hoses.
Troubleshoot pneumatic lines and conduct bench work, including fixing tooling.
Operate forklift equipment and floor-controlled overhead cranes to move parts and materials.
Lubricate equipment and complete preventive maintenance checks throughout the day.
Use shop tools including oscilloscopes, calipers, feeler gauges, micrometers, voltage testers, and various hand tools.
Perform building maintenance tasks such as HVAC repairs, plumbing, lighting, and painting.
Handle mechanical machine rebuilds and breakdowns, conduct PMs on belts, and replace air lines.
Essential Skills
3+ years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience or high-level industrial machine building.
Proficiency in reading industrial blueprints.
Understanding of shop math, including the use of tape measures and recalibration of machinery.
Knowledge of hydraulics.
Ownership of necessary tools (a full tool list will be provided).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in CNC and press troubleshooting.
Understanding of pneumatics and electrical systems.
Ability to operate overhead cranes and forklifts.
MIG welding skills.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $64200.00/yr.
