Cleveland Clinic Lead Systems Analyst - Imaging in Cleveland, Ohio

The Lead will manage and lead automated system projects through all phases of the system development life cycle including the design, development, implementation, modification, planning, estimating, feasibility testing and evaluation of automated systems.
A caregiver in this position works 8:00am-5:00pm + call (1 day per week, 1 weekend per month, call rotation for holidays as well)
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Lead IT projects, including planning, obtaining customer input and projecting resource requirements.
Review system requirements with customers and translates requirements into specific functions or deliverables.
Analyze flow chart processes and recommend ways to reduce steps and increase efficiency through use of technology.
Plan, schedule and manage multiple projects requiring computer resources including project scheduling.
Oversee and participate in day-to-day technical operations for eRdaiology
Primary point of escalation for complex technical issues
Assist radiologists, technologists, and teleradiology clients with day-to-day technical support
Manage/participate in eRadiology projects
New telerad site builds
New implementations
HL7 Interfacing
New outpatient imaging facilities
Design, implement, and support HL7 Interfaces
Support for networking infrastructure for outpatient imaging facilities
PACS support
RIS Support
Provide regular status updates to informatics
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, Health Sciences, Healthcare Admin or related field and 6 years of system implementation experience, including directing, planning and scheduling a major information system project
OR High School Diploma / GED or equivalent and 9 years of experience
OR Associate's Degree and 7 years of experience
*For Information Technology Division caregivers, ITIL Foundations certification is required within 6 months of position start date
Understands networking/distributed computing environment concepts
Understands principles of client/server configuration
Excellent knowledge of messaging technology and project management skills
Strong analytical, administrative, presentation, and project management skills
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to work independently
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
Ability to travel throughout the hospital system.
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
In some locations, ability to move up to 20 lbs.

- Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
Pay Range
Minimum Annual Salary: $84,200.00
Maximum Annual Salary: $128,412.50
