Division: Cleveland Main Project Location(s): Cleveland, OH 44115 USA Minimum Years Experience: Travel Involved: Job Type: Temporary Job Classification: Intern Education: Job Family: Marketing Compensation: Intern Non-Exempt In collaboration with the Business Development and Marketing team, the Graphic Design Intern will support the creation and execution of visual design projects to fulfill commercial and promotional objectives. Responsibilities include developing engaging graphics for packaging, displays, social media, and proposal materials, including RFQs, RFPs, and interview presentations. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to translate strategic goals into compelling visual solutions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: o Assists in the design and creation of graphics to support the RFQ/RFP/Interview process o Manages the integration of brand strategy and visual design concepts o Supports the team in utilizing current and emerging technologies o Assists marketing manager(s) in concept development of graphic elements to graphically link materials of proposal submissions o Supports various needs for RFQ/RFP/Interview process for pursuits: o Resume creation o Product Data Sheet (PDS) creation o Leave behind o Interview presentation templates o Creates detailed charts, graphs, sketches and mock-ups o Supports various internal projects, as needed, such as the Quarterly newsletter o Management and creation of the social media content calendar, postings / graphics and monthly content meetings o Maintains the in-house project progress photos and utilizes Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, etc. to develop high-quality images o Demonstrates an ability to work on multiple projects and manages time to meet all deadlines o Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned The salary range for this position is estimated to be 0.00 - 0.00 USD annualized. Qualifications: o Enrolled in college or university with accredited degree program in Graphic Design or Design Related degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience o Attention to detail and highly organized with good time management skills o Clear verbal and written communication skills with ability to proofread o Proactive, curious, and eager to learn and participate o Able to quickly learn and process information, take direction, follow tasks through to completion, and work in deadline-driven and team environment o Proficient use of Microsoft suite of applications o Proficient use of Adobe Creative suite of applications o Flexible to work up to 40 hours per week o Reliable transportation and able to travel as requested Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
