This is hands-on work in occupied and vacant homes. Duties ? Demolition and debris removal ? Site prep and containment setup ? Assisting skilled trades (drywall, painting, flooring) ? Job site cleanup and material handling ? Follow safety and lead-safe procedures Requirements ? Reliable transportation (required) ? Ability to lift 50+ lbs ? Must show up on time daily ?
