Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain integrations between Duck Creek Policy/Billing/Claims and enterprise systems

  • Work with Author Product Studio Rating and Manuscripts to support integration-related configurations

  • Implement Data Pump Batch Processes realtime transaction flows and content retrieval

  • Configure and troubleshoot Duck Creek OnDemand or OnPrem environments for integration usage

  • Participate in impact analysis for regulatory changes rating updates and new product builds

  • Design and build REST, SOAP APIs using C#.NET, .NET 6/7 preferred

  • Develop middleware components microservices and integration adapters for Payment gateways

  • Implement error handling retries idempotency logging and telemetry

  • Create reusable integration frameworks SDKs and utility libraries

  • Write unit tests integration tests and automate validation using PostmanNewman

  • Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues across distributed systems

Technical Skills Required

  • Duck Creek Suite Policy Billing or Claims any 1 required more preferred

  • Expertise with

  • Author

  • Product Studio

  • Rating tables algorithms

  • Forms Manuscripts

  • Integration Points Extensions

  • Experience with Duck Creek OnDemand logs monitoring and environment troubleshooting

  • C#.NET Framework .NET Core 6/7

  • Web API microservices architecture

  • Experience with async programming LINQ dependency injection

  • Strong understanding of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML

  • API Gateways, Azure API Management preferred

  • Message queues event buses Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus

  • SFTPfilebased integrations

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines Azure DevOpsJenkins

  • Handson with SQL Server, stored procedures, query tuning

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Azure App Services Storage Key Vault

  • Git branching strategies automated deployment procedures

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and ability to work with business QA and architects

  • Analytical mindset for debugging complex multisystem issues

  • Ability to write clear technical design documents HLDLLD

  • Experience working in AgileScrum teams

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $90000 TO $117453

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
