CMM Programmer - Cleveland, OH - JOB 26-00282
Salary Range: $30.00 - $35.00/HR Full-Time Permanent Position with Benefits
Seeking an experienced CMM Programmer for a premier manufacturing company in the Cleveland, Ohio area. This role reports to the QA Manager and combines technical precision with leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Programming: Develop CMM programs and design specialized gages for complex inspections.
• Quality Control: Lead internal audits, first-piece inspections, and gage calibrations.
• Problem Solving: Conduct root cause investigations and manage Corrective Action Reports (CAR).
• Leadership: Coordinate Material Review Board (MRB) activities and mentor junior QA technicians.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate scrap/rework analysis and technical documentation.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in CMM Programming/Quality Assurance.
• Proficiency in advanced measurement devices and calibration.
• Strong analytical skills and computer literacy.
• Effective communication and time management skills.
• Supervisor or Lead experience is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
