Actalent Architectural Project Manager in Cleveland, Ohio

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee project teams, work on multiple projects simultaneously, and actively participate in the design process. Additionally, you will coordinate the project team's efforts, monitor construction phases, manage correspondence with clients, vendors, and consultants, and be responsible for project schedules and budgets.

Duties/Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversite of the project team

  • Work on multiple projects

  • Participation in the design process

  • Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings

  • Development of schematic design, design development, and construction documents

  • Review architectural drawings for federal, state, and local code compliance

  • Coordination of the project team’s work

  • Monitor the progress of all construction phases

  • Manage correspondence with clients, vendors, consultants, etc.

  • Responsible for project schedule and budget

  • Build and maintain client relations

  • Assist with construction administration

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Architecture preferred

  • 5+ years of architectural design experience

  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD design and drafting experience

  • Retail experience preferred, commercial experience a must

  • Project Management experience a must (Job captain experience will be considered)

Clean office environment. The work culture is very fast paced, client orientated, and collaborative. Qualified candidates must have an appreciation for a fast paced and collaborative culture

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cleveland, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.87 - $40.87/hr.
