Responsibilities for a Production Operator include but are not limited to:

• Perform production inspections, monitor molding machine output, and document part quality accurately

• Weigh, count, pack, and label production while maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards

• Complete production and quality documentation in accordance with SOPs, cGMP, and batch record requirements

• Report abnormalities, discrepancies, and mechanical or quality issues to shift leadership and take appropriate corrective action

• Maintain a clean and safe work area using 6S principles and participate in required training and continuous improvement activities

Candidates for Production Operator must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Mechanical aptitude required, with the ability to read and understand specifications and procedures

• Ability to work mandatory overtime, including 6–7 days per week as needed

• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds, push or pull up to 75 pounds, and lift above the shoulder up to 20 pounds

• Must meet visual acuity requirements and comply with audiometric testing and hearing protection requirements

• Manufacturing experience, forklift training, knowledge of quality and safety procedures, and experience in regulated environments are preferred

• Pay: $12.60 hour

• Shift: Monday through Saturday, 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, with possible Sunday work; mandatory overtime required

Pay Details: $17.60 per hour
