Overview

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- Process customer orders accurately using the POS system.
- Handle cash and credit transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy in the register.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
- Assist in training new staff members on guest services and operational procedures.
Skills
- Strong background in guest services, preferably within hotel or food service settings.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and guest relations.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Demonstrated hospitality skills with a positive attitude towards teamwork.
