TECHNICAL CHEMICAL COMPANY QC Lab Technician - Cleburne in Cleburne, Texas
Days/Hours: First Shift (Monday - Thursday) 6:00AM - 4:30 PM with overtime available.
Job Type: Full Time
Pay:$18.00 - $20.00 per hour.
Experience:
- Quality control: 1 year (Preferred)
- Lab Tech: 1 year (Preferred)
- Microsoft word, Excel and email: 1 year (Preferred)
Job Duties:
- Responsible for testing raw materials, finished bulk batches, finished samples and compiling, analyzing and interpreting results.
- Gas Chromatography experience a plus
- Perform routine instrumental and wet chemistry analysis
- Maintain accuracy and reliability of all laboratory instruments
- Have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Work with sales and other departments on new product testing and development
- Knowledgeable with hazards and safety procedures of chemicals
- Perform physical testing on experimental or standard products as directed by staff member.
Requirements:
- Required High School Diploma or GED.
- Science degree preferred or prior Lab/R and D Field work accepted
- Quality Control 1 year (Preferred)
- Lab Technician 1 year (Preferred)
- Must be able to utilize Microsoft Word, Excel Spreadsheet and Email. 1 Year (Preferred)
- Must be excellent attendance
- Required Driver's license and Social Security Card.
- Required read, write and speak English.
