Morton Plant Hospital, part of the BayCare Health System is seeking a compassionate, skilled Speech ‑ Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our outpatient rehabilitation team, providing high‑quality care to both adult and pediatric patients. This role offers a diverse caseload, collaborative interdisciplinary environment, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the lifespan.
Outpatient Speech Therapist Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, cognitive‑communication, and swallowing disorders in adult and pediatric outpatient populations
Develop and implement individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans
Provide caregiver and family education to support carryover and progress
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
Requirements:
CCC-SLP (Speech Language Pathology)
BLS (Basic Life Support)
Speech Therapy License
Required Master's Speech Therapy
1 year Clinical Related is preferred
