About the Role:
The Senior Financial Analyst works independently within their area of responsibility while supporting enterprise-level financial analysis and decision-making. This role partners closely with senior leadership, including members of the C-suite, providing financial insight, analysis, and storytelling that drive strategic and operational outcomes.
Your role within the team:
Serve as a financial partner supporting enterprise leaders and assigned business functions.
Prepare and analyze financial forecasts and business cases to support strategic initiatives.
Perform month-end close activities, including variance analysis and collaboration with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Develop and maintain financial models and advanced Excel-based analyses.
Translate complex financial data into clear, concise insights and presentations for executive and non-finance audiences.
Support continuous improvement of financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis processes.
Manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality customer service and meeting deadlines.
Demonstrate leadership by leading or participating in finance-related projects.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum of 5 years of progressive finance or accounting experience
Strong proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling and analysis
Experience with forecasting, business case development, and month-end close
Preferred:
Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
CPA or other relevant financial certification
Experience supporting senior leadership or executive-level reporting
Healthcare finance experience
