Average Weekly Pay: $700–$2,500 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | No Weekends Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 (paid after 60 days) Referral Bonus: $250 per referral (paid after 60 days of employment)

Selling energy deregulation programs to residential and commercial customers
Presenting competitive ESCO-owned offers with clear customer value
Handling outbound calls in a structured, professional call-center environment
Meeting or exceeding daily and weekly performance targets
Maintaining accurate records and following campaign guidelines
Requirements
Prior energy deregulation sales experience REQUIRED
Proven ability to close sales in a call-center environment
Strong communication and objection-handling skills
Reliable attendance and professional attitude
Motivation to earn and grow with a scaling company
